1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuizRupi mobile application ("App") and its related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using QuizRupi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use QuizRupi.

  • Users between 13 and 18 years of age should use the App with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

  • Unless otherwise permitted by QuizRupi, each user should maintain only one account.

  • You must not create an account for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

3. Quiz Gameplay and Fair Play

QuizRupi is intended to provide a fair and educational quiz experience.

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, hacks, cheats, or unauthorized software.

  • Manipulate quiz scores, results, rankings, or Points.

  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features.

  • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing QuizRupi features.

  • Attempt to interfere with QuizRupi servers, APIs, databases, or systems.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App except where permitted by applicable law.

  • Use QuizRupi for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

If we reasonably determine that an account has engaged in prohibited activity, we may restrict or suspend the account and may invalidate Points or other affected activity.

4. QuizRupi Points

QuizRupi may award Points for participating in quizzes or completing eligible in-app activities.

Points are currently an in-app gameplay and progress feature only.

Points do not have monetary value.

Points:

  • Cannot be converted into Indian Rupees or any other currency.

  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash.

  • Cannot be transferred to another user.

  • Cannot be sold or exchanged.

  • Cannot be used as a payment method.

  • Cannot currently be used to purchase books or products from the QuizRupi Shop.

  • Do not represent a bank balance, deposit, investment, or financial instrument.

  • Do not create any right to receive money or cash prizes.

QuizRupi may change the number of Points awarded for a particular quiz or activity.

Points obtained through cheating, fraud, manipulation, technical exploitation, or other prohibited activity may be adjusted, cancelled, or removed.

If QuizRupi introduces a new use for Points in the future, that feature will be subject to the terms communicated when the feature is introduced.

5. Quiz Content and Educational Purpose

QuizRupi provides quizzes and educational content for learning, practice, entertainment, and general knowledge purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate content, but:

  • QuizRupi does not guarantee that every question or answer will always be error-free.

  • QuizRupi does not guarantee success or selection in any competitive, academic, recruitment, or government examination.

  • Quiz scores and rankings within QuizRupi are not official examination results.

6. QuizRupi Book Shop

QuizRupi may provide a Shop through which users can purchase physical educational and competitive-exam books.

Product Information

Product names, descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information may be displayed within the App.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. Minor differences in product appearance, printing, packaging, or availability may occur.

Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed where applicable.

  • The final payable amount will be shown before the order is submitted.

Delivery

Users must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 business hours and are typically delivered within approximately 3–7 business days across India, subject to product availability, courier operations, holidays, weather, location, and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books

If you receive a book that is:

  • Damaged during delivery,

  • Misprinted or materially defective, or

  • Different from the product ordered,

please contact support@quizrupi.app with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the request, QuizRupi may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution, subject to product availability and applicable law.

9. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the relevant payment provider, bank, or payment system.

Where a replacement is unavailable for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product, an appropriate refund may be provided.

10. Payment and UPI Intent

QuizRupi may support payment methods including:

  • UPI Intent

  • Supported UPI applications such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or other compatible UPI applications

  • Cash on Delivery, where available

UPI Intent

When you choose UPI Intent, QuizRupi may open or invoke a compatible UPI application installed on your device.

You will authorize the payment directly through the selected UPI application.

QuizRupi does not request or store:

  • UPI PIN

  • UPI MPIN

  • Debit card PIN

  • Credit card PIN

  • Banking password

  • CVV

  • Full card authentication credentials

QuizRupi may receive or retain a transaction/reference ID or payment confirmation information required to verify the payment and process the related order.

Third-party UPI applications and payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

QuizRupi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Cheating

  • Point manipulation

  • Multiple-account abuse

  • Unauthorized access

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Attempts to compromise QuizRupi's systems

  • Unlawful or abusive activity

Where appropriate, affected Points or other in-app activity may be cancelled or restricted.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Intellectual Property

QuizRupi and its associated content, including its software, name, logo, graphics, user interface, text, quiz content, and other materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for its intended personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit QuizRupi's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

QuizRupi may use or interact with third-party services, including:

  • UPI and payment applications

  • Logistics and courier providers

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers

  • Educational websites and resources

  • Other external services

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

QuizRupi is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, security, or content of third-party services.

14. Disclaimer

QuizRupi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the App, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available without interruption.

  • The App will always be completely error-free.

  • Quiz content will always be completely free from errors.

  • Every feature will remain available indefinitely.

  • Book delivery will always occur within the estimated delivery period.

QuizRupi's educational content is provided for learning, practice, and general knowledge purposes and does not guarantee any particular academic or examination outcome.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuizRupi and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the App or its services.

For a specific paid Shop order, and subject to applicable law, any direct liability relating to that order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Privacy

Your use of QuizRupi is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how QuizRupi collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information.

By using QuizRupi, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to QuizRupi, its features, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or QuizRupi will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified by applicable law and, where legally permissible, the courts of Delhi, India.
